- No problem – we can prepare the artwork based on your guidelines. Just send us the text, an idea, or a sketch, and we’ll create a file ready for engraving. Artwork preparation is charged additionally, depending on complexity.

- We engrave on anodized aluminum, stainless steel, wood, and ceramics. If you have something else, feel free to contact us – we’ll check whether the material is suitable for laser processing.
- 03. Do you do small quantities?
- Yes – we work from a single piece up to serial production. We adapt to client needs, whether it’s a personalized gift or a larger business order.
- 04. How long does production take?
- Lead time depends on the product type and quantity, but most smaller orders are completed within a few business days. For larger projects or specific requirements, we agree on a deadline as needed.
- 05. Can I bring my own item for engraving?
- In most cases – yes. We first need to assess the material and surface. Send us a photo or details, and we’ll confirm whether it’s feasible.
- 06. Can I order as an individual?
- Of course. We work with both individuals and companies. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift, a personalized item, or a technical label – you’re welcome.
- 07. How does payment work?
- Payment is made in advance, before production starts. Since these are personalized products made to your specifications, we begin only after payment confirmation. This helps ensure accuracy and seriousness in every project.
